Hi! My name is Taylor Kennedy. I was born on July 16, around 5:15
in the morning. I always wanted to be a model. What young girl doesn't?
Of course I dreamed of having my hair and make-up done by professionals
and having my photos taken by famous photographers. I grew up in a
very small town in the hills of Tennessee. I was never the popular
kid at school and some of my classmates weren't afraid to let me know
that. My school was so small; all the kids knew each other all the
way through high school. I graduated with pretty much everyone that
was in Kindergarten with me. My brother, sister, and I grew up in
a modest home. We spent many summer days making mud pies and climbing
trees to keep ourselves entertained! I was a pretty good student in
school. And even though I had a wild side, I didn't really know what
wild was till I moved out of my small town! hehe After graduating
High School, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my life. I didn't
think college was the right option for me at the time. So, I decided
to move to Orlando, Florida. Orlando turned out to be too far from
the beach, the traffic was horrific, and it was too crowded. I then
decided to move to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Hilton Head
Island is just that! A tiny island off the coast of South Carolina.
It has that small town attitude and it's on the beach! What a paradise!
I truly had a blast living in South Carolina. This is where I began
my modeling career! It was so great! I would roller blade to the beach
most days and have Banana Daiquiris at the Tiki Hut! However, my mother
fell ill, so I moved back to Tennessee to be closer to family. I began
working with Hooters after moving back to Nashville and continued
that relationship for two years. I was even promoted to Head Trainer!
Hehe It was my responsibility to train all the new Hooter girls! What
a riot! While at Hooters, I really got into fitness and began studying
to become certified as a personal trainer. I was modeling more than
ever. I loved it! After receiving my personal training certification,
which was no easy task, I left Hooters behind. I started my own personal
training business, Fitness Physique. Today, it continues to do very
well! I wasn't modeling as much and I missed that terribly! While
surfing the web one day, I decided to start my own Yahoo Club promoting
my career. That became so popular; I thought a web site would be a
really great idea too. I had many offers from big companies to build
a site for me. But, I wanted to have complete control over my new
web site. There was just one small problem. I didn't know how to build
web sites! So, I decided to buy a few books and teach myself. It was
a long road learning web design and everything associated with this
business, but I have had a great time meeting new friends and learning
a ton! Today, I am very proud of the success and popularity of my
web site. More importantly, I am living my dreams! What more can a
gal from the hills of Tennessee ask for?
