If you have an account with me, the following are reasons why you might not be able to get access. Forgotten Password: Are you sure that's your password? If you have forgotten your username and/or password and would like a copy emailed to you. The more information you supply me with the better chances I have resolving this issue with your first request.
Wrong Case:
You must enter your username and password the exact same way each time.
If you capitalized some letters when you signed-up, you must always capitalize
them.
Account Cancellation:
You might have sent in a cancellation request some time ago and forgotten
about it. You can email me your
username, password, and updated billing information and I will be happy
to re-open your account! If you have disputed any charge from my company,
I would have permanently closed your account right away. For more information
about billing procedures, consult my billing
and cancellation policy.
Fraud:
I employ a program which watches out for multiple users on the same username
and password. If you've found a way to trip our security program, then
we've turned off your codes until you Email
me.
Declined Card:
If your credit card was declined upon renewal, I closed your account.
Email me with updated card information
and I'll be happy to try your card again.
